Clients generally need less than two hours of training on the software to be proficient enough to post news and photo galleries, add events to a calendar, upload documents and links as well as posting videos. A total of five hours of training per year is included with each contract, after our clients become adept to the basics, we can offer additional training to help them continue to improve their website.

Our servers are located in our building, so if there is ever a problem, we are automatically notified so we can quickly troubleshoot. Our support staff is easy to reach by phone, email, or via the technical support button located on every screen within the CMS. We are always ready to respond to any problems or help our clients with questions about how to use the software.

Creating teacher webpages in our CMS is simple, and we have created a tailored user manual to help teachers get their pages up and running quickly, without hours of frustration. We are also willing and available to work directly with any person within our clients’ organizations, so teachers can get immediate support. And, that technical support does not get logged as training time. It is free as part of our commitment to ensure our clients are getting the most out of the software.

Our CMS can embed content from outside sources and convert video through our HTML 5 editor, supporting a variety of media to engage communities. We also offer unlimited storage space including a backup of all files - post unlimited numbers of podcasts, allowing education communities to go beyond just reading about events and viewing photos.

While we do offer some innovative add-on features, such asSchool Store, Mobile Suite, Facilities Management, Event Registration and Parent Portal options, our basic package includes everything a district needs to create a successful, professional and effective website. We do not believe in hidden charges and extra fees.

Our tech support team will migrate all relevant content from old websites to new ones, moving from design to launch quickly. Our goal is to make the transition to a new site with minimal involvement on clients part.
