A partnership forged between eSchoolView and the Wilson Education Center will offer eSchoolView’s award-winning products at a reduced rate to all Indiana schools and governmental entities serviced through a statewide cooperative.

Members of the Indiana Approved Educational Shopping Cooperative Procurement and GovPro can tap into special pricing for eSchoolView's award-winning Content Management System (CMS) and its integrated web 2.0 tools through an exclusive contract. The offer through IAESCP is available to Indiana public school corporations; private, parochial and charter schools; higher education entities; libraries; municipalities; and other governmental entities.

Technology support is one of the many services provided by the Wilson Education Center. It also offers professional development, supplemental educational services and cooperative purchasing to member school districts. IAESCP also provides access to a wide variety of programs to its members from volume purchasing to teacher training to student enrichment opportunities.

“Our priority is helping organizations communicate effectively with their target audiences,” eSchoolView Director Rob O’Leary said. “Creating collaborative partnerships with groups like the Wilson Education Center broadens our ability to serve. We firmly believe informed communities are involved communities and our team is proud to be a part of that.”

The content management solutions offered by eSchoolView are cost-effective E-rate eligible tools. Public organizations -- where accountability is top priority -- save money and build valuable relationships by utilizing the easy-to-use CMS and related products.

WEC’s technology services offers E-rate filing assistance for hardware and software and free domain name services (DNS) to member schools. South Vermillion Community Schools, a WEC member, was one of the first to take advantage of the new partnership.

eSchoolView is committed to providing excellence in design, utility and customer service and is eager to work with new clients in Indiana. The CMS platform will expand opportunities for two-way communication and reach through blogs, surveys, RSS feeds, e-newsletter blasts, podcasts and video to all organizations that take advantage of the WEC partnership.

“eSchoolView is always looking for opportunities to provide the best services at reasonable costs,” O’Leary said. “This is a great opportunity for the state of Indiana to efficiently move forward.”
